A Satisfactory Stay
The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were helpful, especially for a big group, which I appreciated. I noted the hotel location. It was close to transportation.
I experienced a mishap at check-in. I was given keys to a room where other guests were staying, I would like to avoid these incidents. It included free drinks and breakfast.

the staff was very friendly and helpful, i liked that. the location worked well for me. the decor i thought was nice too, it felt modern.
the tv did not work for streaming services in my room. i asked about it five times, but nothing happened. the shower gel bottle was empty too, so i had to ask for that to be refilled. the breakfast was a bit limited i thought.

Excellent Experience at Modern Hotel
friendly staff warm welcome cool decor convenient location
The staff exhibited very nice friendliness and provided helpful service. I experienced a very warm welcome and valuable conversations . The hotel decor is cool with a hipster vibe. The lobby includes fun games. The location is convenient, only a short walk to shopping areas.
The breakfast choices were somewhat limited. Items needed more frequent restocking when running low.

Decent New Hotel
free cocktail welcome drink self-service breakfast under bed lighting unprofessional staff security deposit hidden fee billing error
The check-in process included a complimentary cocktail. I found that a nice touch. The breakfast was self-service. Hot food was available despite the continental designation. Lights came on underneath the bed when I walked by. This meant I did not have to use the overhead light.
The reception staff seemed unprofessional. I found a charge for the full amount despite already paying. I had to follow up to get this resolved.
